Books are delivered by Registered Post or Express Post for faster service. Postage is extra.

Returns
Customers are entitled to return products purchased from Aussie Global Books if the products are faulty in any way or otherwise different from the order. Before you return the products, please email agb@aussieglobalbooks.com. We will send you an authorization e-mail. Please do not ship your product back to us before receiving our authorisation.

Faulty products may be replaced, credited or fully refunded at Aussie Global Books’s sole discretion. Customers must present the purchase receipts. No refund or exchange will be granted without a receipt as proof of purchase.

We will not accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect selection. Please contact us with any enquiries before your purchase if you have specific needs or are unsure of the product’s specifications. All claims for returns must be made no more than 10 working days after receipt of the products.
